We dispatch your item in 24 - 48 hours after the payment been successful and confirmed. 
It is the customer responsibility to provide the correct address for your order to be sent.
We are not responsible for amending delivery address.
We use Royal Mail or delivery courier provider. All the order has a tracking information, and you will receive an email when your order have been dispatched. During certain times of the year the delivery provider can delay delivering your order, please be patient. We only consider your order has lost after 15 working days.
Orders over £70 will be sent via Courier next day delivery.
