We expect you be delighted with your product but if you are not happy, we have set up bellow a summary of your rights in the event you consider returning the item.

RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


  1. CANCELLATION AFTER RECEIVED THE ITEM.

As an online shop based in the United Kingdom, we comply with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation gives UK citizens the right to cancel an order up to 7(seven) working days from the day after which the goods were received if you changed your mind. The item must be unopened/unused and in the original sealed package.

If we receive an item that has been used and we will not provide a full refund. In such, circumstances we will notify you about the reduced refund amount we will pay. If you are not happy you can arrange to the good to be returned to you, for a small delivery fees of £4.

  1. CANCELLATIONS IN GENERAL

According to the UK Consumer Right Regulations 2013, gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you have placed. We will refund the price and shipping or exchange it for items of the same value.

In accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the goods you received arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered please contact us via website (online chat), email or enquires(website).

  1. MAKE-UP (Exceptions)

According to the UK Government make-up cannot be returned, retailers do not have to give you a refund because you have changed your mind.

  1. ALLENGER

We accept returns for reason of allergy with medical proof. You have 14 days after you received your item to contact us in case of allergy reaction.

Please be aware of reading all the compositions of the product on the website before buy it. If you have any queries or doubts, feel free to sent us a message before buy it. Thanks. The return postage label is responsibility of the customer.
